Generate a new PConnect SDK container.
Parameters
- key: string
  the indexing key to use for retrieving the
- pconnect: PConnect
  the reference to a PConnect object
Returns Promise<PContainer<any>>
a promise which resolves with the created PContainer when the onInit life cycle hook has finished.
